ALL CONTESTANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A MINOR'S RELEASE ON FILE IN THE SECRETARY'S OFFICE PRIOR TO COMPETING IN AN ARA EVENT. MUST BE SIGNED BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN AND NOTARIZED.
